Sport and health enthusiast born and raised in the coastal town of Inverloch; Tom knows what it takes to perform at an athlete’s level. Having undertaken an elite level of sport at an early age, Tom has trained and endured several years of motorcross competitions, also participating in football, cycling, mountain bike riding, resistance training, Iron Man events and whatever other opportunity that arises!

Tom has been working in the fitness industry for almost 10 years after enduring 3-years of health education. Tom remains engaged in courses to maintain a high-standard of practice for his passion of personal training.

Being a local football player and coach, his knowledge and passion for Health and fitness is highly sought after. Specialising in a range of group classes, he is sure to get you pumped up and motivated and help push you to your limits.

Jules has been working at TOMFIT for a number of years. Whilst being a great motivator during both classes and personal training sessions. She focuses on injury prevention and form to allow you to get the most out of your workout. If you are just starting out, or well into your fitness journey, Jules will help you push through those mental barriers to achieve your goals. Come and try her classes and see for yourself!
